Member Rate

Tier Two Members please note: Tier Two membership level offers the smallest discount on Annual Conference registration and is intended for members who do not prioritize attending the conference. Please consider upgrading to the Tier One membership level to take advantage of the maximum savings for conference registration. You may upgrade during the renewal process on your own online (within 90 days of membership term expiration) OR if you are in the middle of your membership term, please contact Member Services at 212-691-1051, ext. 1.

To receive the MEMBER rate for Annual Conference registration, you MUST be a current CAA member:

  • If you are new to CAA (welcome!), you may add both a new membership and a registration to the shopping cart in either order. Registration rate will automatically be adjusted prior to checkout.
  • If your CAA membership has expired and you are not currently logged in to your existing CAA Account, please log in to your existing CAA Account to renew your membership prior to registration.
  • If you are a current CAA member and not currently logged in to your CAA account, you will be prompted to log in during the registration process.

Directory of Attendees

During the registration process, the address that appears is the primary address on your account. Your first and last name and your primary address will be included in the conference Directory of Attendees available only to all conference registrants through an online search.

Please note: If you would like your name and address to be excluded from the Directory of Attendees, please select the “Opt Out of Directory of Attendees” choice on the registration page.

Conference Badge

Your conference badge will include your name (first name and last name only) and your primary institution name. If you would like to add/change the institution name that appears on your badge, please complete the registration process first and then contact Member Services with the new institution information.
